Refund policy
We want you to love your purchase at zmzearphone.shop! If you're not 100% satisfied, you can return or exchange your product within 30 days — no questions asked. Just make sure it's in its original condition with all the bits and pieces included. Keep in mind, our Satisfaction Guarantee doesn't cover lost or stolen items or accidental damage.
Return Period
You must initiate a return request within 30 days of receiving your item. The 30-day period begins upon the date of your purchase.
Return Conditions
Items must be in their original condition with all accessories and original packaging included. If the item has been unreasonably tampered with, the original contents are not returned in full, or shows signs of excessive wear and tear from user misuse, we reserve the right to apply a restocking fee or deny a return.
Return Process

2.Our team will review your request and provide detailed return instructions within 2–3 business days.
3.For domestic orders, a prepaid return label will be provided. For returns for refund, a handling fee may be deducted from your refund to cover return shipping and processing costs. Exchanges and store credit returns are not subject to the handling fee.
4.All returns are processed within 7 business days of being received by our return teams.
Refund Method
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your bank or payment service provider.
